What does a typical initial conversation look like?
After your enquiry we will contact you within 24h by email or phone. In the initial conversation (approx. 30–45 minutes, free of charge) we understand your use case, clarify technical requirements and provide an initial assessment of scope and costs.
What is the minimum project size you work with?
We are flexible — from small integration tasks (from approx. 5 person-days) to multi-year product developments. What matters is not the size but the relevance to healthcare and the potential to create real value.
Do you also offer white-label solutions of Hey Healthcare?
Yes — health insurers, associations and larger organisations can offer Hey products under their own branding. For details please contact us directly.
How do you handle sensitive health data?
Data privacy is not a feature, it is our architecture. All systems are developed in compliance with GDPR, §203 StGB and gematik requirements. Local First and end-to-end encryption are standard in every product we build.
